We decided to go to the Zoo and take Ashlee back to her Habitat!  LOL!

I think Ashlee found her friends.  This one is even trying to groom her.  She must have something in her hair he wants to pick out.

May 2012

May was pretty uneventful for Spencer, Alex and Me, but for my brother and sister in-law it was pretty eventful.  If you can't tell by the pictures, they had twins!!!!
I was so happy for them.  After 12 long years of waiting for a baby, they were able to get pregnant.
Congrats to them, over and over again.
We had the shower all planned out for a month or so ahead of the due date, but they couldn't wait.
They cam the day before.  Because they live in Washington, we were going to have to have a Skype shower already, so we just had the shower via Skype to the hospital room. It worked out great.  We shipped some gifts to them already and the ones that didn't get shipped in time we showed them to them on Skype and shipped later.
I was so excited to make these two diaper cakes.  I had more fun with these than I probably do with the real cakes.  Laith got a motorcycle cake and Vivienne a Baby carriage with the baby lamb holding a lamb doll.

So we do have one eventful thing that we did in May!

Spencer's Birthday!

We couldn't find Spencer's Birthday pictures for a while, but here they are finally!!
He had no idea that after his birthday dinner, that many of his friends from high school and some co-workers would be awaiting him at his parents house. It was lots of fun to see who knew him the best.  I believe that CJ won with  Jake and Jarem a close tie.

We played a game called "Mid-life Crisis Price is Right"  It was great!

Here is the cake I made for Spencer.  I had so much fun making it!
The little yellow sign reads "Caution, Having a Mid-life Crisis"!  Spencer had bought me an airbrush kit for my birthday. I used it on Alex's cars cake, but I really got to play with it this time.

Elicia and Josh came. Grandma and Grandpa Paskett tried to keep Alex entertained in the other room, but we all know that couldn't last.  There was just too much excitement in the other rooom.  Elicia is always great help with Alex and He loves her and loves to play with Josh too!

So Spencer's friend and Co-workers birthday is around the same time as Spencer's.  Here is a recap of what happened at his party.  Just a little embarrassment.
